1. The voucher can only be used at this timing:

- TUE-THU: 08:30PM-10:00PM

- TUE-SUN: ALL DAY

- TUE-SUN: 01:00PM-02:00PM

2. Voucher can only be redeemed via the Chope app. At checkout, enter your email tied to your Chope account in the "message" field.

3. Receive Chope dining voucher via the Chope app within 5 minutes.

4. The specific timing mentioned on the voucher refers to your reservation day and time (not billing time).

How to redeem voucher:

1) Once you have purchased, you will receive the voucher in your Chope app (Profile > My Vouchers)

2) Make your reservation via the Chope App or Chope's website (www.chope.co) before you dine at your selected restaurant. (You do not need to apply any code during reservation)

3) At the restaurant, inform the staff you will be using the voucher prior to ordering.

4) During payment, present the voucher in your Chope app (Profile > My Vouchers) to redeem!

5) Individual voucher Terms of Use applies.

Terms of Use

Reservation has to be made on Chope's app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.

Redemption on a walk-in basis is not permitted. Vouchers have to be pre-purchased.

Reservation and ordering must both occur during specified Off-Peak hours for Time Discounted vouchers. Parties must arrive in full.

Vouchers are to be presented before ordering and will not be admitted if tendered after ordering or during payment.

All vouchers are not applicable for sets, alcoholic beverages, seasonal items, and are not to be used in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions and discounts.

Off-Peak vouchers are limited to 1 redemption per bill/table. Splitting of bill/table is not allowed.

Multiple All Day Vouchers can be used during each visit.

Voucher is valid for 90 days from time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.

Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Vouchers are to be used in full and any residual value is not refundable.

Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).

Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.

The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
